"If you hire this company, you may want to reconsider, if carpet cleaning is involved. I just had tennants move out and they had pets, without my knowledge and left behind a very strong pet odor. Straight A assured me twice that they were accustomed to removing this type of odor and were certain they would have no problem removing. After cleaning twice, odor is still there. Straight A did not offer to refund any monies, was very hard-nosed about it! Next time, I will get a guarantee in writing!"

He covered all the details and explained why certain follow-up work is important to help prevent a chimney fire. We’ll be having The Chimney Guys back soon for the protective chimney coating (I may be forgetting the exact term, but essentially it makes the chimney safer).
