JA Construction

I found JA Construction on Angi. I wanted to get a concrete patio installed. I called and a young man named Jesse Alexander came to my house that day and gave me an excellent quote. After that, Jesse ghosted me! I would try and call him; he would not answer the phone. I tried to text him; he would not reply. I had my husband call him from his phone (different number) and he answered immediately! My husband told him who he was, and he assured him that he would be coming soon to pour the patio. He never showed up! He then started ghosting my husband! This all started in early March. It is now the end of May! I really hated to write this review because Jesse was very pleasant. Also, we wanted to get a pond dug on our property and he said his company could do that too. We were so excited about this company because he made it seem as if they could do anything! I guess our money was not good enough for them.

This was a very professional company to work with. They were extremely knowledgeable and prompt with their services. They showed up when they said they would, and got the job done.

Friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, efficient, fair pricing, and what I liked most of all is that they kept the jobsite clean at the end of every day. Highly Recommend!!
