Our plans involve a kitchen remodel, including demo-ing an existing kitchen, and a loadbearing interior wall. We will be installing new cabinetry, countertops, relocating a range oven (and adding a hood) and refrigerator. We will be adding new flooring. His floor plan designs were great, helping our vision of what the remodel will look like. The contractor is very happy with the product. Chad submitted all of the permits, and approval was attained relatively quickly. We are quite happy with his service. David"
