"After posting the request, Mike gave me a call shortly afterwards. We agreed on a time to do the work, same day. Mike called again, dialed into the computer, using Team viewer and did what needed to be done. Afterwards everything worked perfectly."
"Jim was in the area here in Nashville, and I spoke with him about my computer. He was extremely knowledgeable about everything computer related, and seemed very familiar with the problems I described having with my computer. I also had a very old fax machine that I was manually having to scan documents and fax them, over and over again. Sometimes, even the same ones. Jim advised me on what kind of printer to get, as well as what type wireless network to get and even went with me to Staples to purchase the items (That was over and beyond the call of duty in my opinion). I am a business owner for a trucking logistics company, and my computer is my livelihood, so I really trusted that Jim would get my system working, and help me with my scanning and faxing issues.
Jim arrived on time, and got to work right away. He took the time unbox my printer, set it up for me, he also set up my wireless network, and the entire time he helped me understand exactly what was going on. He showed me how to set up my wireless, how to make changes to it, he even went through the manual on the printer with me, and showed me how I could scan documents directly to my computer and save them....and then just fax them out all from my computer! He then started cleaning out some of the toolbars and bad software I had inadvertently installed, then he ran the virus scanner, still showing me how to do it myself, and explaining to me how I could avoid these issues in the future. I have to say I have never had such excellent customer service from a computer repair person. He removed the viruses, and even offered to put a remote software package on so that if I ever have any problems in the future, he could access my machine remotely, and help me fix them, essentially saving me the cost and time for the future.
I would HIGHLY recommend Jim and North Alabama Technical Services for any and all computer work. Jim was an absolute pleasure to work with, and again, I've never felt so well taken care of with my computer issues before. If I could give him all A+'s I would. I have seen a recent review that mentions that he takes advantage of businesses, but he only charged me $75 and gave way more than that in service. I really appreciate him for all he did for me. "
"They were a little slow on replying to my inquiries, sometimes several days. My laptop was returned fully functional, but covered with dust. I had to clean it when I received it. They did more than I asked by replacing the motherboard, where I thought that they would only repair the DC jack (my laptop wouldn't charge after buying a new battery and a new AC adapter). "
Provider tried his best but could not connect with my computer and could not repair or clean up the viruses. I had to take the computer to a repair shop locally. I would like my payment refunded. Thanks
"All the providers have gotten expensive but less than comcast which is the absolute worst. Dish is very good service. Great picture. Responsive service people. The only con is their on-demand for tv programs. It's lossy. Really bad. "
I had an appointment by phone. He was there and ready on time. He came unto my computer, fixed errors, removed junk and potential threats. He also re-installed Trend Micro security which is superior .I highly recommend him. You can trust this guy.
"I was being riped off by anouther company, they would send virus to my coputer and then keep charging me to cleen it up, I contacted all american salutions. "After My Computer Buddy helped me get my computer ready, he logged in and worked non stop to clear out the viruses and malware and then installed some free software to protect my system.
He did an excellent job and was very punctual and efficient. He worked over an hour and then double checked with me to make sure I was satisfied.
It’s worth hiring a TV-mounting professional to hang your TV to ensure the safety of your device and long-lasting results. If you’re investing in a large or smart TV, it’s worth preserving your investment to guarantee that it’s hung safely and correctly. Plus, a TV mounting professional can recommend the right wall mount based on the wall type and TV size and weight.
If you want to enjoy your favorite movies from the comfort of your backyard or patio, you can mount a TV outside. You’ll want to be thoughtful about its location, ensuring it’s away from water and heat, like a grill or pool. Placing it under a roof, awning, or gazebo is usually a good idea as well for extra protection. Outdoor wiring does add an extra layer of complications with this project, so it may be worth it to hire an electrician to help.
Yes, drywall can hold a 50-pound TV. However, when mounting a TV, you’ll either need to attach it to wall studs or use drywall anchors. If you use anchors, make sure to buy a type that can hold at least 50 pounds. Molly bolts, threaded anchors, and toggle bolts are all good options. For extra support, you can also install a wall mounting plate with the anchors.
Fire and electronics typically don't mix, but that doesn't mean you can't mount your TV on a brick fireplace. However, you should proceed with caution. If you do not use your fireplace regularly, you can be assured that your TV will remain undamaged. However, if you do take advantage of it, be aware that hot air, containing soot, will travel upwards. Even with the flue fully open, the temperature above the fireplace can still get very high.
It’s highly recommended to use studs for a TV mount. The last thing you want is to be watching your favorite show when the TV falls off the wall. Studs are much stronger than drywall and quite a bit stronger than drywall anchors but, if you can’t find the studs or there simply aren’t any where you need them, you can use drywall anchors. It’s extremely important to make sure the anchors are rated for the load of the TV. We recommend using anchors that are rated far beyond the weight of whatever you’re hanging. Our suggestion is metal drywall toggle anchors.
