There was also a long lag in communication once the provider had made contact. The only positive gained from this deal was the suggestion of going to recommended shops for tiles - where I eventually found the stuff I was looking for. The whole experience was not worth the time and effort I put in to give the provider information regarding my expectations for my kitchen.
