"You guys!!!! Have you seen the amazing mantels and beams that Josh makes?!?!?!?!!!! His work is breathtakingly beautiful! I found Josh through Home Advisor where I had searched for someone to make and install a fire place mantel in our new home. So honestly, I kind of found Josh by chance. I cannot begin to express how happy I am with both the end product he delivered and the process of designing it. If youâ re looking for someone who will take the time to get to know you and come to understand your aesthetic then Josh is the person to go with. And my favorite part of working with him has been his willingness to collaborate and try something new. Weâ re in the process of designing a custom dining room chandelier that will coordinate with the fire place mantel. Iâ ve developed so much trust for Josh and his work that I have absolutely no concerns about this project being something new for both me and Josh. Joshâ s customer service is beyond measure and whatâ s more is that he has been a lot of fun to work with. You wonâ t regret putting your project in his hands."

"I only use James when I need some work done to my house. He responds fast, gets the work done quicker than just about anyone else I've ever used and seems very concerned with leaving his customers happy."

Gazebos questions, answered by experts

On average, building or installing a gazebo costs around $5,700, with a typical range between $3,000 and $10,000. The final price depends on several factors, including the gazebo's size, shape, material, and design complexity. Material choice is a significant cost driver; for example, brick is often more affordable, while metal can be one of the more expensive options. Square-shaped gazebos can also be more expensive to build. Custom features, such as built-in seating or lighting, will increase the total price. You may be able to save money by purchasing a prefabricated gazebo kit or performing some of the labor yourself.

Yes, many gazebos are permanent structures built onto the land. However, if you have a portable gazebo that isn’t secured to the ground, you’ll want to check the manufacturer’s instructions to understand when to put it away. Generally speaking, when it’s particularly windy or wet outside, you should take down your temporary gazebo.

For many people, a gazebo is worth it, but it’s a matter of personal preference. If you love spending time outside but your yard doesn’t offer much protection from the sun or rain, then adding a gazebo might be worthwhile. Or, if you enjoy hosting dinner parties and want a nice outdoor space to gather with your friends, a gazebo could be a good investment.

Common materials include wood, vinyl, and metal. Wood offers a classic look, while vinyl and metal are low-maintenance options.
