I did agree to the price, but after consulting others I paid way too much for what was done. When it came time for the gentleman to collect payment you bet he was ontime, even a bit early."

The best way to ensure the ground next to your home’s foundation drains properly is to divert water away from it as much as possible. While a flood wall can stop water from entering the house, gutters and spouts can help direct rainwater and melting snow away from the foundation. In that case, it's best to turn it off and unplug it since cooler temperatures can cause the unit's coils to freeze.
