"Tim is a good communicator, keeping me updated as per his time of arrival. He arrived on time, respected our home by placing protective coverings over his boots without being asked. Performed tests to replicate and confirm the problems I stated and snaked the upstairs drain through the shower to clear the obstruction. We called every septic tank draining company in the area and we either got voicemail (they were closed), or they didn't come out as far as my house.
