"Emily was fantastic to work with! She did a very thorough job, going over and above what most home cleaners will do. She’s very good at organizing, however I’m not, and truly helped me get my home in order. Everything was clean and smelled great! She’s going to be a regular for me. You can’t go wrong with Emily B’s!"

"The Moore brothers were great. They satisfied my Home Owners' Association with a detailed proposal within an hour of inspecting the job. They itemized and described the work, which included cleaning off the mold, replacing insulation, repairing joists, encapsulating the crawlspace, and creating a French Drain on the exterior of my unit to redirect the rain. They also set up my dehumidifier in the space with a wireless meter I can read from inside . Their price was in line and they did everything they promised in good order, good humor, and respect. Three other companies bid and were not even close... in promptness, plan, OR price. I highly recommend Jon and Danny Moore."

"Amber is a wonderful business owner and has done an exceptional job in our home. She and her team are efficient and detail oriented and have exceeded my expectations thus far with cleaning our home. My bathrooms and kitchen sparkle after Amber leaves. My stove has never looked cleaner. I look forward to when amber comes because I know how good of a job she will do!"

"Grace done a great job. She went over and beyond what was expected of her. My floor look immaculate and pristine. My showers and tub are sparkling and shiny. And I had rings on my stove top that she was able to remove for me. I most definitely will be using her services again."

"I believe Michelle typically does a great job and I acknowledge that everything is about perception and clean is relative. We scheduled a deep clean for a move-in and I expected based on our conversations the use of certain cleaning products but was a bit disappointed when I didn’t see or smell any of those products. I saw a bottle of vinegar and Michelle did say that she used that mixed with water on our hardwood floors. There were several areas that were missed and Michelle and Heather very politely came back and cleaned them. I really like Michelle and the fact that she is a family woman but if I’m honest I was disappointed in the work. I hired her because I thought she was the best value for what we needed but I think that some personal tragedy may have affected the quality of the work. I hate even writing this review."

Garage Cleaning Services questions, answered by experts

Christmas lights and decorations are prone to heat and humidity damage, so keep this in mind if you store them in the garage. Put the lights in plastic bins with tight-fitting lids to keep moisture out to keep them safe until next year.

It’s better to build a garage than buy and install a prefabricated one. You can save money by purchasing a prefabricated metal garage kit for between $4,000 and $11,000. However, this does not include the price of labor and permits, which can account for more than half of the project cost. Building a new garage over buying a prefab garage will add more value to your home and will last longer, so it’s more cost-effective over time to build a new garage.

Annually, to check for wear, lubricate parts, and ensure safe operation.

If push comes to shove, and you need to manually open your garage door, then you should be able to do so. To manually open your garage door, first, make sure that the door is in the down position. You’ll need to unlock your garage door opener’s emergency release mechanism, which is typically a red robe that you can find on the carriage. Once you’ve pulled the cord, you can manually lower the door.

If your garage door is stuck in an open position, consider contacting a professional to safely release the opener.

The best method for painting a garage door depends on the door's design and the finish you want to achieve. For the most professional-looking finish, especially on doors with panels or intricate details, a paint sprayer is an excellent choice. It can easily get into hard-to-reach places and provide a smooth, even coat.

If you don't have a sprayer, or if your door is flat, a combination of a roller and a brush is the most effective approach. Use a roller for the large, flat sections to cover the area quickly and efficiently. For the best results, experts recommend a roller with a nap between ⅜ and ¾ inches thick; natural fibers can also help ensure an even coat.

A brush is essential for handling the finer details. Use it to paint grooves, angles, small panels, and the edges of the door where you need more control.

Regardless of the tools you use, it's a good idea to step back after the main application to review your work and use a detail brush to touch up any missed spots.
