I’ve been working in land clearing, grading, and property improvement, gaining hands-on experience with everything from brush hogging to drainage work. I serve Bluffton and surrounding areas and can travel for the right jobs to make sure customers get reliable service. My skills include land clearing, stump removal, brush hogging, grading, drainage correction, and operating heavy equipment safely and efficiently. I take pride in doing clean, professional work that’s built to last and improves the value of your property. You should hire me because I show up on time, work hard, communicate clearly, and make sure the job is done right the first time.

"This company is AMAZING. Hire them. I don't care what it is--hire them. Alex is a man of his word. Unfortunately it's hard to find good, hardworking professional, honest and kind people who say what they mean and do what they say they will do. We had an acre of land cleared. They did it in under 48 hours. They are my go to company moving forward. P.S. i never met Alex. We worked over the phone. I pride myself on always doing what's right--so far Alex and company have exhibited the same characteristics. Give them a chance because I don't think you will be disappointed. I"

"I needed to have a dying tree removed from my yard. I met with the guys from the Hart crew. The guys were quite friendly. I received a very fairly priced estimate. I agreed with the estimated cost, and we struck a deal with a handshake. The Hart crew arrived on time and promptly began to work on my tree. The tree had been felled within an hour and the felling was without incident nor accident. Next, the Hart crew began to cut the entire tree into firewood lengths. This aspect of the job took about 2.5 hours. The crew worked continuously. Next, the Hart crew stacked all of the firewood, and they raked the affected areas of the yard. The Hart team did a nice job. They worked well, and I will hire them again in the future."

If you or your mortgage lender think your land survey needs to be more accurate, double-check the survey report and get at least a second opinion from the original surveyor and an inspector, if possible. Although it’s unlikely, even reputable surveying companies can make mistakes. An inaccurate survey can cause problems down the road in the case of any property line disputes, so it’s best to resolve any inaccuracies as quickly as possible.

Depending on property size and complexity, usually 1-3 weeks.

With proper training and experience, reading blueprints is fairly straightforward and not very difficult. If you don’t have the necessary knowledge to interpret the symbols, abbreviations, and other notations used, blueprints may not make sense. Learning to read blueprints can help you understand the construction process and keep you more involved and informed when you’re building a house.

Prior to excavation, you should prepare the dig site and call 311 before you sign anything.

Before you carry out any digging, you should call 311 to confirm that there are no utility lines running through your excavation site. Skipping this step could lead to severe injury and property damage if your excavator hits a water, sewage, or gas line.
