"Wow! What a great job Fred and his crew did. From the first meeting until the final touches you couldn't ask for a more professional job. In this day and age it is refreshing to see someone who: 1. Shows up when he says he will be there. 2. Gives you a quote the same day.. didn't have to wait weeks. 3. Is fair and reasonable with the cost. 4. Does the work his says he going to do and more. 5. "WOW! Being on a fixed income you know EVERY dollar is important to me! I'd wanted and DRASTICALLY needed a bathroom remodel for YEARS but assumed it was WAY out of my budget! Curious though, I went shopping. Most companies estimates confirmed my worries about cost, and while some were affordable they lacked in other areas - quality, customer service, warranty, etc. When I related my findings to a friend he said members of their family had work done by a company called Intelligent Home Services and HIGHLY recommend them! His family was not only overjoyed with all aspects of the company but it increased the value of their home by much more than what it cost! So, I contacted IHS, everyone was so nice, informative, and helpful! They arranged financing was straightforward, explained and everything. It was great from start to finish!
