Landis Bunton, East Coast Tree Service, LLC, arrived at our home, quickly assessed that the 2 dead trees needed to go and a water oak as dying and should be felled. He quoted $1,000, a remarkably low number based on our past experience, and expected he could do the work in 2 weeks. We called him after 5 days as some of our plans had changed and asked whether he could get to the work sooner. He promised a callback and shortly committed to the next day at 8:30am, exceeding our expectations. Next day on time his bucket truck, chipper, tractor and grinder showed up with a crew of 5-6 very professional workmen who got right to work. They felled the water oak with the bucket truck and ropes so that adjacent structures were not damaged while crews dropped the 2 dead oaks. All wood not chipped was cut to fireplace size and the smaller pieces chipped and left for us. I had done some tree trimming and my wife asked if a little more wood could be cut away which they did at no charge. All workmen I talked with were personable and willing to answer my questions. After 3 hours Landis showed to confirm our satisfaction and receive payment. He offered to deliver more wood chips when he was in the area at no charge. Landis runs a very professional operation, and I recommend him highly.

Landis and his crew traveled 2 hours from their home base to come cut some trees for me. They were in and out in a day and did not leave behind a mess! Super thankful for their hard work! Even tore down and hauled off an old shed for me as well.

My yard is more sunny & safer due to the focused service I received . This company knew better than I did what trees to leave and to remove . I appreciated their honestly & the care concern they took driving in my yard to get to trees & In removing debris. They take pride in what they do that’s rare & they are very friendly. Workers showed without stump grind, the main tree we needed removed was not touched, our 2 neighboring yards plus ours were left with damage to grass area. Our neighbor and us called for resolution with no responses from owner or workers. Workers took extended breaks sitting around when others were removing waste from yard. Wires were ripped from outside shed causing loss of power and small damage to an outside workshop. Paid in full because work was done and made the mistake of assuming owner would correct damage to yard but sadly no response, find this unprofessional for said reasons will finish yard with another company.

Fair price. Excellent job. Responded quickly to my Angi request. Showed up when they said they would. Very nice workers in uniforms. New modern equipment. Extremely professional. Best I have ever used. If they service your area, this is who you should use. I will definitely use them again.

My trees are down which is fine but I had the yard debris to pickup and now I had to pay again to have it removed. The price is fair.
