Our main goal is to save people money on their energy bills. If your home is 20 years old, odds are that's it's under insulated. Any money spent on upgrading the insulation in your attic is money well spent. In most cases the dollars that you spend will be recovered in 3 years or less through lower heating & cooling bills. In most older homes there are 3 things that we concentrate on. 1. The amount of insulation in the attic as well as the R-value of it. 2. Leaks in the HVAC system if it's in the attic. 3. Air leaks at the access to the attic, properly dealing with any recessed light that may not be IC ( insulation contact ) rated & around the chimney penetrations that may be in the home. Controlling air leakage can be costly at times but, moving air destroys the R-value which increase energy bills. We can also help the home owner with some of the storage problems they may have by building light shelving to get their stored items up off the attic floor so that more of the attic can be properly insulated. "Mr. Johnson did a wonderful job. I had a previous contractor tear out a leaky shower only to replace it with a leakier shower. We opted to start fresh. Mr. Johnson tore out the shower with minimal mess, rebuilt a much nicer shower and improved the layout, and kept the dimensions so we could reuse the custom ordered glass we already had. We also needed work to repair a water damaged support beam in the crawl space under the house. It required the floor to be opened, but Mr. Johnson was able to make the repair quickly and have a new floor laid in no time. He repaired drywall as well as ceiling damage, and everything looks as good as new."

If you put your hand into the sand, it should flow through your fingers without clumping. The filter pressure gauge is also an easy indicator—the right amount of sand leads to normal pressure, while too much or too little sand can cause high or low pressure.

They will also recommend or hire a team of subcontractors to manage clearing the land, excavating for the pool, and adding all the design and electrical touches that make your pool run smoothly.
