Osborne Pool Leak Detection

Had a mystery leak in my liner pool, after asking around to get advice I found Osborne pool service. Mr Osborne came looked at the pool asked questions to try and understand my issue. He then explained to me how his service worked, what he would do, and what cost were involved. I then agreed to have him fix my issue. He came when he said he would fixed the issue as agreed. he even did little things above and beyond what was requested, at no extra cost, just because he wanted to do it right.

He found the leak quickly and offered an immediate fix by installing a ball valve to the waste line that was leaking.  The root cause was the main valve on top of the sand Filter that was leaking water into the waste line when the pump was running.  The ball valve stopped the leak the first day he came.  He then ordered a new valve for the sand filter and came one week later to install it after it arrived.  He gave me options to allow the leak to continue for a week until the main valve arrived, or to stop it with a low cost ball valve and then also replace the main valve when it arrived.  I chose to do both, to stop the leak right away and to install the new valve.  While he was there i asked him about replacing the sand in the filter since it had not been replaced in 19 years.  He quoted me a reasonable price to do that since he was removing the main valve anyway.  So he did it all in a few hours in two visits a week apart.  He was very knowledgeable and professional.. I would definitely use his services again in the future.  He came when he promised to come on both days.
