He did not cover the topsoil he placed down, and the ditches were to be cleaned out, but none of this was done. We paid him for the work. I have contacted him, and he promised to look into it. I have a text showing that he was supposed to come out on August 25, 2025, but he never showed up or called to inform us."

We do Christmas light installs, to include providing commercial grade materials, we install the lights, and finally take down the lights in January and store through the year.
