PAULINO GARDEN CENTER

I arrived at Paulino Gardens with a hot cup of coffee in hand.  I feared, upon arrival,  it was going to be a long, frustrating visit to find the right flowers for my huge sun deck.  After all, I needed tall and short, and cascading and colorful coordinating flowers everywhere!
Sandra, an employee, listened to what I needed; and the shopping began. While explaining why we were getting this and that for my deck, we rolled non-stop through the healthy carpet of flowers.  
She addressed my request and concerns.
Only 25 minutes later, I left with instructions and beautiful flowers that were to go, some here, some there.

Excellent quality products- all nurseries seem to be higher priced in Denver than previous states I have lived in including this one

They have a marvelous selection of plants and a little different from the other places that I have visited. They have quite a selection of orchids and also have a marvelous selection of larger specimens which I do not often get. They also have a good selection of house and bedding plants that are cheaper.

Usually, I just pick out plants & supplies without asking for advice. But those times that I've required guidance, I have always been able to find a knowledgeable employee. Also, service is consistently great.

I really appreciated the customer service at Paulino's. I bought the trees/shrubs when things were 40% off. I lived outside their normal delivery/installation zone, but they were able to coordinate a third party for delivery/installation. The third party provided timely and professional installation of my materials.

Bought eight 1-gallon containers of ground cover at Paulino Gardens, which all died after a few days. Direct attempt to exchange or refund was outright denied, as well as attempts to resolve through my bank and the BBB. Once you buy them, they're yours no matter what and there's nothing you can do about it. Found nice lavender plants at a home improvement store which are doing well. They are also guaranteed and cost 1/3 the price.

The nursery is very large with a nice selection of plants and flowers. Their pot selection was ok. The staff was friendly and helpful. Several of the plants I bought did not do well and many died or are still struggling.

WE ARE ALWAYS AMAZED AT THE VARIETY AND THE KNOWLEDGE THAT THE PEOPLE OF PAULINOS HAS. IT IS RELAXING JUST TO GO AND LOOK, ASK QUESTIONS AND VISIT THE CATS.

THE GARDENING EXPERTISE PROVIDED BY THE PAULINO STAFF WAS EXCEPTIONAL. THEY WERE ABLE TO HELP ME IDENTIFY THE TYPE OF VEGETABLES THAT WOULD GROW BEST IN MY GARDENING AREA.

YOUNG MAN WAS VERY HELPFUL AND POLITE AND . IF HE DID NOT KNOW THE ANSWER, HE FOUND IT. ALSO HELPED ME PICK HEALTHY PLANTS AND LOADED THEM IN MY CAR.
