Their workmanship is excellent and we are extremely pleased with the resulting changes. They also built a drainage and outflow system effectively eliminating a water runoff issue away from the house to the outer yard. They are pleasant individuals who make a dynamic duo with their skillset, experience, knowledge, and expertise. Russell’s experience in his craft is extensive and is reflected in the first cut of wood, the first screw placed, and the first nail pounded. He listens well, makes sound suggestions, and is amenable to design/build changes. His skillset has been honed through the years by sheer practical participation and encountering events in his trade. He has a “can do” attitude with a great motto that he lives by, “there are no problems, just solutions”. Among the many talents of Jose is one of being a tile setter. He is meticulous in measuring, thoughtful in design ensuring precision cuts with clean edges and straight lines, and he seeks your opinion along the process. We are indeed happy with Russell and Jose and their craftsmanship in our remodel project."

"Getting our new house painted was the first step into making it our home. Luke was very quick to respond when we reached out. We had a couple delays on our end and he was very accommodating. He got the work done in a timely manner. He takes directions very well, he’s professional, clean and on time. He made sure we were satisfied with everything throughout the process. "Colten was very polite and personable. He listened to concerns and took criticism well. He and his helpers are young with varied experience but lacking in drywall experience. They seemed to be in a rush to do job as quickly as possible and quality was lost. The job took much longer than needed because they failed to do everything they could at one time. As a result, the job took many days. A big concern was carelessness in protecting the home from dust and drywall mud. Sanding was done in my closet without draping plastic so drywall mud got on my clothes and dust everywhere. They also sanded in the kitchen without draping plastic that I specifically requested, dusting a laptop and an expensive special order cap. After they left I was cleaning and found large globs of dried drywall mud, that had been walked in, underneath my couch, etc. Beyond that I gave up trying to get details fixed such as a smooth finish on sanded edges and a complete job on garage ceiling. The worst area of my den ceiling did end up looking good after they were told a better way to approach the problem. They may have more skill in other areas, did show up when promised and called when they were unable to come. I would suggest they keep improving their skills and work on being more organized in their scheduling as they were bouncing between several jobs. Being thorough and careful in cleaning up their mess, not leaving ladders in the way etc at the job site and not bringing so many people to help would lend professionalism. They will probably do much better in a couple years with more experience."

I contacted Rodney O'Sullivan by telephone and discussed the work I wanted to have done.  He came out to the house as promised and did a walk around and we talked and discussed the work.   Rodney recommended several ways of doing the work and each time he took into consideration the most efficient and economical way.   Rodney kept me informed as to when he would arrive and how much work he would get done each day.    We signed a basic contract before he started work and he kept his word.

Rodney was polite and easy to work with.  His work was first class.  He was very particular how he did things and made sure his workers did things right.  He finished the new building on time as promised.   After he finished it, I discussed with him if he could make my older building look new like the one he just finished building and he said he could.   He gave me a price and then he began work on the old building.  When he finished the old building restoration, it looked brand new. 

I am well pleased Rodney's work and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a builder.
