He listens well, makes sound suggestions, and is amenable to design/build changes. His skillset has been honed through the years by sheer practical participation and encountering events in his trade. He has a “can do” attitude with a great motto that he lives by, “there are no problems, just solutions”. Among the many talents of Jose is one of being a tile setter. He is meticulous in measuring, thoughtful in design ensuring precision cuts with clean edges and straight lines, and he seeks your opinion along the process. We are indeed happy with Russell and Jose and their craftsmanship in our remodel project."

"They did a fair job. I completely forgot to leave a review right after they completed the job. But I guess better late than never. There were several spots that they didn't screw in the boards on the porch. The price more than doubled from the initial quote. I would've been happy to pay the final price had they not missed things. I even reached back out to them about the garage door they forgot to fix and he couldn't get anyone back out apparently. This was after I paid him the full amount owed. It was also kind of irritating that they used and dirtied up my swiffer and ladders to clean up their mess from removing the popcorn ceiling. I figured they would've had their own cleaning supplies for that or at least cleaned off my supplies when finished. I honestly am giving him as high of rating as I am because he did provide most of what I asked."

I contacted Rodney O'Sullivan by telephone and discussed the work I wanted to have done.  He came out to the house as promised and did a walk around and we talked and discussed the work.   Rodney recommended several ways of doing the work and each time he took into consideration the most efficient and economical way.   Rodney kept me informed as to when he would arrive and how much work he would get done each day.    We signed a basic contract before he started work and he kept his word.

Rodney was polite and easy to work with.  His work was first class.  He was very particular how he did things and made sure his workers did things right.  He finished the new building on time as promised.   After he finished it, I discussed with him if he could make my older building look new like the one he just finished building and he said he could.   He gave me a price and then he began work on the old building.  When he finished the old building restoration, it looked brand new. 

I am well pleased Rodney's work and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a builder.
