The two metal strips on front of the screen covering the microphone and speaker could not be put back on the screen. The pieces did not seem to be functional but their absence left holes open in the screen. I took the phone but came back a few days later complaining about the parts not being on...

called them to pick the lock but it was the type that can't be picked - drilled out lock on closet door allowing access to medicines we needed - very courteous and put down paper to catch the metal pieces that came from drilling out the lock - would definitely use them again

His pricing was average for work that he did. I was very pleased with his work and the thing which stood out with him was the quality of his work. I chose him since I have a long history with him and he came quickly to do the work when I needed the rooms to be restored quickly.

Except of unreasonably high cost for the parts, I was happy with the rest. While I will consider them again, I would be careful, and I may consider other service provides too.
