He took the time to educate me about the fedral protection that these birds enjoy and how not to violate that protection. Two solutions were proposed. A propain canon and roof spikes. Tim was understanding when I rejected the canon despite the fact that it did get rid of the birds. We then installed the spikes and problem solved.
