"I contacted Duane Tuesday evening in response to his reaching out by phone and text. I told him what I needed to have done. We discussed his flat rate of $175 up front. We scheduled an appointment for 1600 Thursday (two days later). Duane was punctual, up front with the cost for additional necessary materials, inspected my dryer venting system, secured my approval for work to be done and explained the what and why for each step as he did his work. Mr. Anglin was friendly, honest and professionally proud of his work product. I have already recommended him to a friend needing similar work to be done. Pictured are before and after.
