"I am sorry you were not satisfied with my service. The charge was for the time to troubleshoot your system and providing a solution. You also had a damaged surround receiver which needed service or replacement. The cost of the 4K video extender is normal for the brand and model that I sold. I was able to demonstrate that the system was working while I was there. If you felt that the product I sold you was not working properly, you should have reached out to me and I would have worked with you. My business is based on quality work and relationships. I do not have the luxury of quantity like large stores do so I always try my best to make."
