"Very long story - short version. I have a 1 year old home & had a 1 year old clothes dryer. I was getting at error code on the dryer for restricted vent air flow. The home is equipped with a roof mounted vent. I paid another company to come and clean out the dryer vent and right after they left - got the same error code. The 1st company never got up on the roof to check air flow. (homeowner beware)... must be the dryer right? I purchased another dryer and wha-la, 1st load same error code on a 2nd brand new dryer. Contacted the builder for assistance and was told "too bad, out of warranty". Fresh Air Solutions to the rescue!! I was at my wits end and out about $1200.00 with all this. I had a very pleasant experience & conversation and scheduled them to come out and take a look. They were very accommodating with my work schedule, and I had an appointment within days. Upon arrival, the 1st thing they did was 1 guy on the roof & 1 guy in the house running the dryer to check air flow. Within minutes they had found the issue. The builder had left a plastic grate type piece inside the vent on the roof which was almost completely clogged with lint. They removed the grate and blew out the vent line. They even installed a new interior dryer hose for me while they were here. I cannot thank them enough for resolving this issue! I will continue to use them yearly & also schedule to have my air duct system cleaned with them!! Highly recommend & super happy with the service!!"

"I cannot express the appreciation my wife and I have in having Chris as today's tech. He is the most personable, responsible and tech savvy man we have ever worked with. Before leaving, my wife expressed to him how for the last 4 yrs. our master bedroom was excessively hot. He took the time to get reading from each vent to find that they were reading 115 degrees. Evidently a real problem. He went back into the attic to find that there was a major breach in the AC Duct leading to the bedroom. No one but Chris took the time to see where the problem was. In fact, one tech from Swift 3 years ago told us to add a return to the bedroom, which would have cost over $500 and not solved the problem. From now on, Chris will be the only man we will want to service our unit. If he leaves Swift, we leave with him."
