"Phenomenal company looking to genuinely help clients coauthor a cost effective solution for their vision of an addition, patio, paint, and renovation. This company is looking to cultivate long term working relationships with families and commercial businesses for years to come. In short they are not the standard fly by night contractor looking to squeeze the last dollar out of a customers pocket. They stand by their work and execute an agreement to the T. This company is 1 of a very few still in existence today."

"I t woked out fine. The only thing I objected to was paying for caulking services in advance of the work being done. They explained they have had people say they would pay and not pay after services and didn't. It was a little uncomfortable writing a check ahead of time for the first maintenance job done. Other than that the work was done well."

Garage Cleaning Services questions, answered by experts

The best way to maintain a garage door and avoid issues is to hire someone to do a garage door tune-up, check the remote opener, and service the main system components, like the springs, chains, and track. Schedule maintenance service once every two years for $100 to $200. You can also DIY garage door maintenance, like washing and waxing the door and applying lubricant to hinges and rollers regularly.

It’s better to build a garage than buy and install a prefabricated one. You can save money by purchasing a prefabricated metal garage kit for between $4,000 and $11,000. However, this does not include the price of labor and permits, which can account for more than half of the project cost. Building a new garage over buying a prefab garage will add more value to your home and will last longer, so it’s more cost-effective over time to build a new garage.

Having a garage can increase the value of your home considerably, even if the garage isn't considered living space. Many people own cars and want a secure place to park their vehicles when they are home.

If you decide to finish your garage and convert it into living space, you may affect your home's value. The livable space may increase your home's square footage, which can help its value. But, giving up the garage space may also negatively affect the sale price of your home.

The lifespan of a hurricane garage door depends on several factors, such as the quality of the materials, how well it's maintained, and the local weather conditions. As a rule of thumb, most hurricane garage doors can last anywhere from 15 to 30 years or more with proper care. However, if you start to see visible damage, the garage door becomes noisier, or you experience difficulty operating it, it may be time for a replacement.

Yes, your Wi-Fi network could be to blame if your garage door opener is suddenly experiencing interference. If you can change the frequency of your garage door opener—or Wi-Fi router— this can be a good fix.
