"We had our home inspection done before we bought our home. They were prompt on time, courteous & professional. The report was delivered the same day and ended up saving us a lot of money because there was a hidden leak in the crawl space. Two pipes were busted at the far corner which were hidden by the duct work and were quietly leaking! Onto the foundation and weakening the structure as well as causing mold, costing money by leaking. And that was just one issue they found. They are VERY thorough and detailed and worth every penny and more. So grateful that we found a great inspector. We will definitely recommend them to friends and family."
