"Casey and his team have been nothing short of amazing. They were on time and completed the job in one day. Has a minor problem didn’t notice until a hard rain, I called Casey he put me on the schedule right away, and now he’s coming out himself to make sure I’m good. "We paid $1100 - $800 for the cleaning of the empty house and the remainder for interior windows and those exterior windows they could reasonably reach. I particularly mentioned a smell in the house that I thought might be attributed to a plug- in and if they found it, could they remove, a sticky counter (which they promised they could clean), some scuffed walls (same) and dirty refrigerator. The stench was still there(my husband found the plug in-easily found… the stench soon diffused once removed) the sticky counter(no change), scuffed wall, no change, and the floor of the refrigerator is filthy and iced over. Worse yet, as I sat on the stairs, I saw a small aqua lego and what looked like a piece of cereal. When I picked it up, it was a peanut and, being highly allergic, I went into an anaphylactic event. This is not what I expected from “all we leave behind are results…” Cannot recommend."
