"Follow up: he has blocked me from getting in touch with him. Despite paying for all, have found out that he never got a permit to build, never got engineering plans I paid $1300 for, NEVER got it inspected just lied. He has not come to fix anything. Such a sad representation, and paid over $23,000. The Trek flooring I paid for, is not trek. He takes labels off the "off brand" boxes and uses that instead. Stay away. So many people have contacted me bec he has done the same to them. If you do rotten work, own up to it and fix it. That would solve a lot of problems. Beware."
