Follow up: he has blocked me from getting in touch with him. Despite paying for all, have found out that he never got a permit to build, never got engineering plans I paid $1300 for, NEVER got it inspected just lied. He has not come to fix anything. Such a sad representation, and paid over $23,000. The Trek flooring I paid for, is not trek. He takes labels off the "off brand" boxes and uses that instead. Stay away. So many people have contacted me bec he has done the same to them. If you do rotten work, own up to it and fix it. That would solve a lot of problems. Beware.

God-Awful. Had to tell owner not to let his men come to my home when they aren't working, & my wife & I not home. So Much wrong with the deck. Deck boards over an inch apart in some places. Porch over 2 inches off plumb. Screws sticking out of faceboard. Warped rails. Cheap wood that had been left in the rain. Uneven cuts. Steps left 3/4 done. Cigarettes & debts left all over my yard. No apology for the terrible work . He asked for a punchlist,, & I laughed & told him to tear it down & start over. I wouldn't let this guy build me a birdhouse. Buyer Beware

Terrible. Kept getting excuses. Roof leaked w/in 2 weeks 3 places. 1/2-3/4 in spaces bet all boards. Old wood. Had to use my supplies on other build. Poor quality. Expensive flooring cut short and small pieces stuck in. Door wall made up if 5 small irregular pieces. Holes in screens and not tight. Never put crawl space under porch to access. Unreal poor quality. 4 builders called to replace new roof on new build. Told not done to code. Paid 3600.00 to fix leaking roof. He said would do. No return calls. Irresponsible. Have additionally over 8000.00 dollars repairs still to fix walls. This is a brand new build.unprofessional. Also paid additional money for windows to be removed for a door. This was not done but still had to pay.
