"Hired this company to do a one-time cleaning but now use them monthly, they did a great job. They charged more for the first cleaning then lowered the cost since I'm doing monthly. I have a 3k sq ft home with 4 bed a d only 2 of the rooms are used... 3 bathroom and only 2 are used. Paid $350 for the first clean and they were here about 7-8 hours. Monthly cost is $220. The girls were awesome 👌"

"Ron was very professional. After having a less than professional experience with another local well known pressure washing company, I was skeptical to call any other company. However Ron did an excellent job, was professional, and well priced."

"I hired them for a one-time fall cleaning project in my home. They were so good I decided to let them clean on a regular basis. House cleaning is more expensive than I would wish, but everyone's is. That's the way it is. They do excellent work."

Small jobs welcome

"These two ladies, Tammy and Amanda were excellent‼️ My house has not looked and smelled this nice in a while. I am 78 years old and unable to keep House the way I once did. I am so grateful for their attention to detail and hard work. I am so grateful for the work they did that I am having them back on a regular basis. I highly recommend the service given by these two ladies.‼️"

"If your looking for a reliable maid service hire Island Maid service. They give you a heads up, arrives on time and gets right down to business. They do a superb cleaning and misses nothing. I have had, in the past, other cleaning services that have much advertising behind them yet failed to live up to it. Island Maid Services, are just the best and the prices are very fair."

Sonic Cleaning questions, answered by experts

There are several ways to remove snow from your roof: using a snow rake, salting the roof with calcium chloride, using a rope (cautiously), and using heating cables. It’s important to mention that pretty, fluffy, sparkling snow weighs a great deal, and when physically removing snow from a roof, you should be aware of large snow slabs breaking off. These can weigh hundreds of pounds and are a real danger, so be extremely careful anytime you’re doing this type of work.

The average cost to clean a roof is around $500, but prices can fall between $150 to $1,000 or more. The size and complexity of your roof are the most significant cost factors, as larger roofs and those with various bump-outs and gables will increase your cost. Your roof material will also make a difference. An asphalt roof will require more labor, as your professional will need to be careful not to damage the shingles. A metal roof can stand up to more intense scrubbing and shouldn’t take as long to clean.

Clean the outside of your home at least once a year. If you live in an area with salty sea air, high levels of pollen, or an abundance of leaves in the fall, it's helpful to wash it at least two times a year. Frequent cleanings will allow you to remove debris and pests before they flourish into infestations, or cause mold and mildew.

In most cases, it is best to leave icicles on your roof and allow them to melt naturally. You should only consider removing them if they are heavy enough to cause damage to your home or pose a risk to people below. Since removing icicles can be dangerous, it is recommended to hire a professional for the job if you have immediate concerns. To prevent the issue from recurring, you should address the underlying cause, such as improving your home's insulation or installing roof heating coils.

You can rinse your solar panels in some cases. For example, periodically rinsing your solar panels can remove light debris if you live in an agricultural or dusty area. Light dust and dirt won’t affect efficiency much, but they can build up and mix with other debris like animal droppings, leaves, and small sticks.
