We were doing our remodel long distance, and he stayed in touch letting us know about progress. He let us know when problems arose and how he planned to fix them. It did run a little over the verbal time agreed, but not over the time frame allowed in the written contract. His price was excellent."

"Paul Langan Painting & Contracting was the successful bidder for our project at Inverness Village, Palmetto Dunes, Hilton Head Island, SC. He was hired to replace rotten wood and paint our 26 buildings (97 villas), pool/tennis building and guide rails on our bridge. The project was completed in 5 1/2 months and was an excellent job completed efficiently and effectively with minimum follow-up required. We will use his services again when this project has to be done again in 12-14 years. Paul and his on-site manager did a great job with the carpenter and painting crews to coordinate work on the project and complete it in the "off" season when tourists are at a low point.
