"The company showed up on time, gave me a quote we agreed upon and set a date for Tuesday 10/7. Today he was supposed to visit my home to stake out the job for Dig Safeget his 50% deposit. Knowing that I was scheduled for the work to be done, I ripped out 500sf of lawn out to prep for part of the work. Today he was a no show no call for our scheduled visit that he agreed upon. He only responded after I had sent a text to find out where he was. This is what I got: ?Sorry had a guy from NH call saying he wanted 12 acres cleared went there and he paid 45,000 on the spot so where here for the next 4 weeks. It may be to late by than in the season. And like I said before its who gives me deposit first gets locked in for next available date.? This guy didn?t think I was even important enough to contact me and let me know; as for the deposit process he noted it?s a bold faced lie it was never discussed. DON?T GIVE THIS GUY YOUR HARD MONEY, HE PUT ME IN A TERRIBLE POSITION; HIRE SOMEONE ELSE."

I used Angi to get quotes for 11 stumps that needed grinding, he gave me the lowest quote on Friday and showed up to do the job the following Saturday. That is what I call service. He ground down stumps from 32 inches to 10 inches in less than a day. He ground them down very thoroughly, some of them going down 12 inches. He piled the debris in neat piles and used a leaf blower to clean the place up. This is the type of service that is very rare today, some of the other people that gave me quotes were only prepared to grind down to 3-4 inches, WillPower ground down to 12 inches on some stumps. "This company was hired for lawn maintenance, spring clean up, and to remove the front yard mulch and replace it with river rock. In addition to providing bi-weekly mowing. Upon their completion and my inspection of the work, I found it to be substandard from our conversations of what was to be done. I then proceeded to ask follow up questions in addition to requesting itemized list of work that had been performed, the list changed each conversation we had. Devon Casson (the owner) has not responded to my questions via text message or call, nor has he responded to my complaint filed with the BBB-RI. Images attached as you will see much debris and leaves that he claimed to not be part of my property; with that being said if this is considered to not be my property, I do not know what other debris was removed as that is the only debris in my yard. I should note - I was never told about the rental cost of the trailer to transport his equipment nor told about a disposal fee. "
