They charged me 375.00 to drain my shower. Now 2 weeks later it is clogged again. Canâ t seem to reach them

I want to thank Rooterman for doing an exceptional job fixing my clogged sink. They were very professional and they noticed that I had mold and immediately set me up with BTTR Restoration which was exceptional as well. I believe Rooterman saved me from having additional mold problems and if it were not for his recommendation I would not know where I would have been today. My problem was neglected for decades by previous owners and required significant effort to diagnose and repair. All costs were clearly stated up front and spelled out on the receipt for submission to my insurance company. A drain problem is a total hassle to deal with. This professional crew was on time, pleasant, knowledgeable and didn't leave the place a mess. I would hire them again.

Maybe Iâ m wrong but I feel that $245.00 to push a snake down the toilet which took all of 2 minutes is way to much. He spent more time writing up the invoice than doing the job. He didnâ t even wipe up the water he dropped on my floor when pulling the snake out. Then I asked if he could replace the toilet base seal, he said it would be $150.00 for that. I said no thanks. Recommendation HELL NO

They did not fix the problem and took the quoted amount anyway. They did not even bother to return my call when I asked them to please, in good faith, consider refunding part of the money. The problem still exists.

Charged $890 for Hydrojet service that took about 5 minutes without any difficulties. Agreed to it being an emergency situation. Found out later after some internet research that it should have cost $300 to $600.

They were eager to help me with anything I needed and was well experienced and courteous.

Called me to follow up quickly, arrived promptly, gave me an estimate of $890 for a hydro jet. Went forward with it because it was an emergency, clog was cleared. Overall positive experience but very expensive, may hire again, but will definitely get additional quotes next time.

This company got back to me in 10 minutes..arrived early to give me estimate..came back same day and did the job..the workers were very polite and did a great job.

Good customer service

I had a sewer line smell coming from my basement. I called rooterman at 7am, and they were at my house by 9. The plumber diagnosed the issue, and helped get the smell to go away quickly. Overall great experience working with Rooterman. Would definitely use them again.

The actual plumbers, Tim and Bill were excellent. They were very knowledgeable and did a great job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has a plumbing job. Customer Service was also excellent. They answered the phone every time I called them.
