He custom designed the medicine cabinet in the master bathroom. Had our countertops and vanities set at the height we requested. The only issue I had was some lack of communication to let me know when there were issues getting the one bathroom vanity and letting me know timing of when someone would be coming to do the installations. "Fireplace was fine (OPPOSITE of what I had been told by another chimney sweep).  Oil burner side ...not so good.  Flue was heavily cracked and deteriorated.  Entire flue pieces laying at base.  Since this could be a carbon monoxide hazard and I quite often have small children in the house, I didn't think it was anything I should let go unresolved (although I was NOT anticipating spending a couple of thousand dollars at the time).
Bottom line:  New stainless steel liner put in.  Liner secured and resealed top and bottom.  New cap installed - and cracked top cement crown on chimney was replaced with a rubberized product.  Warranty on liner is transferable with the house when/if sold.
While I was not thrilled about hitting my emergency fund for something that you can't SEE, obviously it was important to get it done.  I was eligible for a Senior discount (am I the only one THRILLED to be older when a Senior discount is offered)?  You hit a certain age ... every penny saved helps.
Jon Paul was wonderful.  Not a pushy sales person.  Straight and to the point.  Explained everything in detail.  Personable.  My 4 year old great niece was with me for an overnight visit and she immediately took to him.  (Pay attention to the little ones ~ they're very good judges of character). 
I will recommend them at every opportunity and call them again if the need arises.  Five Stars from me!!!"
