This was a brand new home which our builder no longer offered a central vacuum system. That was lucky for us as this is a far superior system than what we would have been offered and at a much better price. From my initial inquiry to the finished product, we are thrilled with this system. The men who did the installation were courteous and professional and did an outstanding job.
