"The deck, chandelier, handrail, and UV projects were done in October. The windows required a special order and were installed on two consecutive days in December. Mr. Jackson and his employees did an excellent job. They are efficient and courteous, and left the work areas very clean. Chris is knowledgeable and has a good sense of humor. It is difficult to make a definitive price comparison, as we did not get estimates from other contractors, but we trust Chris—I had hired him for work on a previous house—and feel that his prices were very fair and reasonable. Casement windows are expensive and we expected that; the new ones are excellent. While here to do the windows the guys also moved a heavy chest from the garage up to our second floor, a task we could not have done ourselves. We can highly recommend Chris Jackson’s Contracting. This review should have been posted long ago, but better late than never."

"We hired Mike initially to fix the drywall and paint the interior of the condo that we were planning to move in. He was very easy to communicate from the beginning to the end, showed up on time and worked hard every day, did a thorough job that did not miss any details and gave us a very fair price. Because we liked him so much, we ended up hiring him for other jobs including plumbing, lighting, installing appliances and cabinet painting. Throughout this process, he was trustworthy, very knowledgeable in his work and tried really hard to accommodate my schedule. Although we were on a tight schedule, we were able to move into our apartment on time because of his excellent work ethic. "First let me say that these guys are hard workers from the beginning of the job to the end. After we moved into a new home, they’ve taken our weed filled, root laden yard and turned it into a green heathy lawn which they continue to kept neat and trimmed. We had an unusable area of the yard that was filled with rocks, mulch and weeds, which they turned it into a beautiful patio using pavers with a 10’x12’ finish. If you want the job done right with very reasonable pricing , I HIGHLY recommend these guys. They will get the job done!!"

"Kevin and his team did an outstanding job restoring our basement bathroom. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, careful, and thorough. I was particularly concerned about moisture getting into the tub area, and Kevin’s team went above and beyond to find the right set of tub and walls to fit our basement. They even had to return one set because it didn’t fit, and I was really impressed with their ability to pivot and ensure we had the best solution. Communication was excellent throughout the project. Kevin was very proactive, mostly texting us each day to let us know when to expect them and being flexible if I had traffic issues. They worked diligently every day over two weeks to complete the restoration, and their attention to detail really showed in the final result. I’m honestly surprised by how much I love the basement bathroom now! I didn’t think I would care much about it since it’s in the basement, but the quality of work has truly transformed the space. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the work Kevin and his team did.
