"Nguten's HVAC Services is EXCEPTIONAL. They are one of the few honest HVAC companies left. I hope this business stays in business for a long time. When our central air system broke, we first contacted the people who installed our system. We were under warranty, but they still ended us charging us $1300 for blower replacement and our system still wasn't working properly. So they said our TXV was broken and it would require thousands more. So we called a few other companies. One company said our control panel was broken and quoted us $1.5k. Another company said we need our WHOLE system replaced for 14000. Our system is only 6 years old. It is a new system. Finally, somehow I found James and his family business. He came and said the blower was on the wrong setting. He readjusted the setting and now it's working perfectly fine. And all he charged us was the diagnostic visit -- for less than a tenth the price others quoted. And the other companies would not have even fixed the problem. We are so grateful we found him and we are excited to recommend him to our friends."

Not only did they violate them on the price, they did not reattach their water filter which is needed. The tech claimed to no have the correct parts. Companies who abuse the elederly for being naive should be put out of business."
