"The start of the job took longer than anticipated. The delivery of the windows took much longer then what was originally projected. The company was a month behind on their time of delivery. I was satisfied with the work done overall. Though there were two issues that needed to be addressed in relation to the job which I discovered after the work was completed. The problems were addressed but it took approximately two months for a return visit to correct them. The response time to correct problems with the job should have been much shorter."

My main complaint was that this contractor, being young and not having done a lot of "old" roofing (compared to NEW houses) was not always able to think "outside the box". Old houses have different, and sometimes strange items/types of construction, compared to new homes. A more experienced contractor would have been better for this 100 year old house. Overall, thou, the work was completed to my satisfaction."
