They knew from past experience which colors were best and were open and honest about our choices. Their crew arrived promptly on the first day, and followed their predicted schedule throughout the project. There were frequent consultations as the job moved forward, and we were kept well informed about the progress. Signed the contract on Thursday.  Cashed deposit check on Friday.  Promised to begin work on Sunday.
Didn't show up, didn't call.  We tried to reach him Tuesday and Wednesday. Never returned our calls.  His message box was full Thursday.  He called Friday morning full of apologies and did the work that day.
No complaints once he got here.  Did the work and cleaned up the site.
