12/20/2023 - Please Note I am very blessed to say things have been very busy for me the past few months starting out on my own and I apologize for any late response or double messages sent by accident or not being able to book as soon as i would like to be able to. I will have a full office staff soon but until then, I rather keep my perfect rating by going slow and not make any mistakes or rushed appointments that I know I can't make and waste your time waiting for me. also, if you are outside of my service area and would like my free HONEST opinion on an estimate that was left for you via phone call don't hesitate to reach out a few basic questions I can let you know if something sounds off. 610-840-7088 My name is Chris and I am the owner of Clark Chimney and Masonry. At Clark Chimney and Masonry, we are dedicated to providing top-quality services that you can trust.

"Not good. Painted out pool patio in 40 degrees had to be completely redone. When redone cracks and peeling. Owner would not return my calls or honor 10 year warranty? Also painted over my studs that are used for pool cover. They could not be put down because of the paint on then. C"

"We had Abma come out to fix our AC unit this summer. They charged us over $400 to get it running. A week later the unit stopped working again. They came back out to look at it and said the unit needed to be replaced. Now, four months later, we get a $90 bill for the second visit. After talking to them, there was no compromise on the second charge. Horrible customer service."

I have been employed in the carpentry trades for 33 years. I started as a young man in my fathers construction business, Carl Haines Construction. We did contruction from varying from new homes to remodeling and renovations. Because of the rural area that we lived in we did outside work involving farms and the type of outbuildings and sheds that were needed. I moved my family to South Carolina and I established my business there working on various beach homes. We did alot of fine woodwork on stairs and railings along with all the other types of construction mentioned. I did work that was featured in the "Southern Living" Magazine. I am pleased to be back in Pennsylvania again serving the area I and my wife grew up in. I currently employ 2 other carpenters and have at my disposal parttime help for larger jobs. I do use some sub contractors for such Items as electrical, heating and cooling, and crane services which must be hired to meet various building codes. My billing requirements are that materials be paid upfront, with labor being paid in weekly or bi-weekly payments with final payment upon completion of the work . Terms to be decided at the beginning of the work.
