"Called and Charles answered the phone. He was very nice, very personable. I was pleased at how nice he was. You don't see many people who run business be as nice as Charles. I explained to him our problem and he explained and answered EVERY question I had. He WOW'd me with his excellence in service. I have to reiterate that he was willing to answer every question I had about out issue. They are scheduled to some out Jan 2nd to evaluate the issue but again the initial call I'd rate a 10 star!"
