They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "There were some delays due to my wanting certain moldings (didn't get them), and running out of roof panels. these didn't bother me since this is a second or summer home, and i told Dave this. So there were some delays. also, this home is in an area where we get a LOT of rain - so we lost time there. otherwise, the crew worked from 8am til 5pm steady.
there were no leaks while they worked on the roof and no problems with damage to anything.
I've had work done before and this was the most pleasent experience i've had with contractors.
