"This company resurfaced my driveway which was completely repaved by another service only 5 years ago. The previous work did not hold up so I chose to resurface using JHR. What a beautiful job they did…they removed a portion of the driveway, addressed the cracks and filled in a very large hole which had developed. I am completely satisfied with the work and received a fair price. It was worth waiting to get on their schedule….next year they will seal the driveway…great company to work with."

"I wasted a lot of time looking for a contractor on my own when I should have just trusted HomeAdvisor.com. I found T&J Construction here. Terrence was a pleasure to work with. Upon hiring him for the job he came out again and we went over different options and ideas for our complete bathroom remodel. He was very busy so we had to wait a few extra weeks for him to start but that wasn't a problem. Terrence likes to work on one job at a time and finish before moving to his next project, a definite plus when considering hiring his company. Terrence and his crew showed up on time every day and cleaned up before leaving for the day to include vacuuming the floors. I spoke to Terrence daily where we reviewed any issues, the next days start time along with goals for the days work. Our project didn't run into any unexpected issues and when we wanted a new door installed mid project it wasn't an issue. The project went smoothly and Terrence was always a call or text away, which he answered or returned promptly. Terrence and his crew were always pleasant and respectful of our space. "Dave left me a message the night before and said there would be someone there at 9:00am. Yea right... I live in Allentown he is in Drums, PA. Well at about 9:05am I hear a large truck arrive. I only wish I would have asked his name to include here because he was very professional in every way. A little reserved at first but answered every question I had. To watch him work you could tell he knew what he was doing. I only WISH I had taken before pictures because you would be amazed how well he did with what I had. When he first arrived I did not have hope that it would turn out that well. In fact I had some conversation with him on another sidewalk that was flat with no cracks but had a surface treatment that failed and looked horrible. He did not have any real suggestions but after about a half hour he knocks on my door and says maybe you could do this and that without replacing the sidewalk. It was a great idea even though they don't do that work and would not make any money by the suggestion he still thought about it and came to discuss his idea. You can't ask for more than that. I have never written a review before and have had bad experiences with contracted work in the past but felt I had to do this because when you get a job well done others must know that there are great contractors still out there."
