A representative came to our house to explain all the different products as well as pricing and timing. I had reached out to 2 other companies before hand but was not comfortable their high pressure selling. AJ was very patient with us regarding our timing and budget. The windows were guaranteed for life which is a good things these days and manufacture has been in business for very 40 years so if you are looking to get replacement windows go with West Penn Windows & Doors. They also installed a new bathtub/shower as well. The bathroom/shower looks amazing and I am really satisfied with the way it turned out. Was for a rental so it actually looks nicer then my own bathroom, now that I know what my options are I will definitely hire them to do my bathroom at my house so I can have the same thing!"
