"I was very pleased with my finished products I had waited a very long time to have a bathroom installed on the first floor. The problem was that I had very little space where it could be placed. I worked with Jake from West Penn who designed a perfect small bathroom for me when others said it couldn't be done......and it turned out to be not only modern and functional but BEAUTIFUL too! They also remodeled the adjacent laundry room and entrance and added a closet that, when completed, blended in perfectly with the room decor. I was very pleased with all that was done. Jake was easy to work with and provided helpful suggestions that I appreciated and used. The workers were super -- personable, skilled and professional, and punctual as well. As is often the case when working on an old house, there were a few unexpected problems that needed addressed before work on the bathroom could continue. "Can you say amazing job. They effortlessly  constructed a 10' x14' stone pad in a backyard that has a large amount of buried bricks and stone from when the home was built. The completed stone pad was definitely professional in appearance; the measurements were as requested, and the grey composite capping, meant to protect the perimeter wood as explained by Bob and  although an extra cost, further enhanced the appearance of the pad.The sheduling of the job was very swift, less than a week from the time we first talked during an informative free estimate.
