He kept acting like he was calling people but they were in a dead zone with no service- long story short- nothing happened, glad I never gave him any money. After removal of the deck it was discovered that there was electrical work that needed to be rerun to our pool pump house and a Jacuzzi we were replacing. And from the plan, to scheduling, to actually accomplishing the task, considering the bad weather we were having, everything was done professionally, and on time in spite of whatever obstacles were thrown in the way. They went out of their way to meticulously clean up the job and ensure everything was to our complete satisfaction before calling it done.
