Our scope of work also includes indoor remediation. We have many years of experience with mold and water infiltration due to improper installation. New construction and remediation work.

"Called MK Painting yesterday morning and they were there by lunchtime with a quote. Power washed my metal awning that night and had it painted twice by lunch the next day. I also had an issue in the ceiling corner where we lit a chiminea and soot wouldn't come off. So they had to apply an oil base primer before they could paint since the power wash wouldn't get rid of the soot. I have a koi pond off my porch and they were very careful to put drop cloths around the pond and my new trek decking. Very professional and courteous and made sure paint didn't get where it shouldn't and put everything back the way it was. HIGHLY recommend this company! Thank you"
