Donna and Ed Femc, owners of L&E Concrete Pumping Inc., started their business in August of 1985. Ed was the operator of their first pump, a used Thomsen 465 (60’ reach) boom pump. At the end of each day, Ed parked his pump in the driveway of their house (in a residential neighborhood). Donna scheduled the pump and invoiced customers from an office she set up in the basement of their house. From that modest beginning, with determination, hard work, long hours, and a genuine willingness to give their customers the best service possible, Donna and Ed, along with their employees, have made L&E what it is today. L&E has grown into a complete concrete pumping service with a reputation of giving both new and existing customers the “EXTRA SPECIAL” attention needed to make each pumping job, pump sale, and pump repair a success. From your first call to L&E, you’ll realize “THERE IS A DIFFERENCE”. Our staff is never too busy to answer any of your questions. All of your calls are important to us. Our ACPA certified operators will get your concrete pumped as effortlessly as possible. L&E’s full time mechanics keep our equipment and that of our customers in excellent operating condition. Our dedicated sales staff is available to assist with your specialty pumping needs or to sell you new or used pumps, parts, and accessories. Also services the states OH & WV

Locksmiths questions, answered by experts

The good news is that, yes, you can change locks yourself. Many people find it’s an easy DIY project that requires few tools and not much expense (depending on which lock you’re installing). If you have trouble with any part of an installation, you can always call a locksmith to help finish installing them.

Security systems are one of the measures that deter burglars the most. Research suggests most burglars look for signs of a security system before going in, although the presence of a security system doesn’t automatically mean they won’t enter the home. However, a security system with cameras can decrease the chance of a burglary overall.

Yes. Most deadbolts purchased from a home improvement store include a step-by-step installation template that is easy to follow, even for novice DIYers. One of the most important steps for successful deadbolt installation is having the proper tools to start with and carefully measuring prior to any attempts at installation.

You might assume that having two locks on one door will offer more protection than only one lock, but there may not be an advantage. While there’s nothing wrong with having two locks if you feel it’s best for your living situation, rest assured having one high-quality deadbolt installed correctly will offer a high level of protection.

Always consider security a top priority in your home. Perform a safety inspection of your home. Look for broken locks and rusty deadbolts, and take an inventory of who has access to your keys.

Consider the locks on your shed, safe, and other household items. Professional locksmiths can help you determine the best safety and security options for your home and feel at ease.

When a locksmith comes to your home, ensure your safety by having the locksmith show identification and provide an itemized invoice that you can reference later.
