They were good.  I would use them in the future.

I spent around $200 on the job. He did a lot of work for me. He seemed very expensive, though. He also seemed very knowledgeable, but I think he was more suited to work for highly professional commercial properties. I will use him again in the future as well.

He was prompt, professional, patient with my questions. He even fixed a door that was stuck because of an old handle, for me.

I was very impressed with him. He took his time to find a couple of other things on the door and took care of that too. When I looked him up on the List, his rates were consistent. When I called him it was a Saturday, and he still came out right away.

Joe is an absolutely fantastic locksmith and an entertainer to boot. He arrived as scheduled, looked at all of the locks in the house and outlined what was needed. I loved the fact that he did not try to sell me new locks, or additional work that I didn't need. He re-keyed 6 locks in the house, and took great care when replacing them to clean and polish the locks and surrounding area. The locks work amazingly well and are very well-oiled and smooth. Joe even showed me how the locks worked and explained in detail what he was doing at every step. The entire time he was very friendly and also entertaining: telling jokes, stories, etc (all very professional, he was not annoying at all). Joe was cordial, professional, friendly and very very funny. I will definitely be hiring him again for any additional locksmithing needs.

If you need a locksmith, please call Joe. I had mistakenly thought my night latch was broken. It was not. It just needed a little cleaning. Someone else might have tried to sell me a whole new door. And he loves dogs, too.

Joe was very professional and did a great job. I actually paid him more than the invoice because he squeezed me into the end of his daily schedule, and then I was late getting home to let him in to start the job. Joe was patient enough to wait outside until I arrived, which I appreciated very much.

Joe completed the work on a Saturday late in the day. He kept to his promise to get it done for me as soon as possible. We had some scheduling issues - mainly on my end. He was very professional, very neat, and had a great sense of humor.

I ended up finding my key, but they gave me helpful information.

Joe, the Locksmith, fitted us in mid-afternoon, between two appointments. Another place I called offered me 11 o'clock the next morning. He was quick, friendly and very nice about it all, but calling a locksmith out just to have him put a bit of WD-40 on the lock mechanism made us feel a bit silly. (Note to self: keep WD-40 in garage). He cut and tested two replacement keys at no extra charge (the $70 is the basic call-out fee). While he was there, we asked him for an estimate for re-keying or replacing the locks on the doors behind the storm doors, and he produced what seems a reasonable price. We've provisionally scheduled the re-keying for next week. This locksmith is recommended.

Professional and totally customer service oriented, coming late on a Friday night to accommodate my needs. I can't imagine that there could be a better locksmith anywhere.

JOE, THE LOCKSMITH, WAS COURTEOUS AND POLITE. ALTHOUGH HIS SCHEDULE WAS VERY BUSY, HE STILL MADE TIME TO MEET MY DEADLINE. VERY REASONABLE RATES AND A PROFESSIONAL JOB WAS DONE.

THEY ARE WONDERFUL! THEY CAME THE NEXT DAY.
