Description of Work: I was very impressed with how Mr. Griffin explained to me in detail each step of his examination and patiently answered any question I had. And I liked that the report had pictures of everything that had been inspected and notations if any thing needed to be addressed.

Description of Work: Performed a home inspection along with pest and radon testing. Andy showed up on time and was very professional. He was thorough during the walk through and explained everything to us in detail when we had any questions. He was very personable and was such a pleasure to work with. He provided the formal inspection paper work on time as promised. The radon paperwork was a bit late but he did inform us of the results the day he got them so it wasn't a big deal. Would definitely work with him again and will recommend him to others in the future.
