I do NOT recommend. The purchase process and delivery were absolutely great. However, if your appliance has any issues after that, it's your problem. My KitchenAid dishwasher makes a loud noise that it should not make along with a constant vibration sound. The first technician said that it was totally normal for this model. The higher end models won't do that. What I'm hearing is solenoids in the pump going up and down really fast. That's not how solenoids work. So they ordered a new pump. Second technician came out and ran it. Heard the loud noise along with the vibration noise. He told me the dishes are being rinsed too well and there's too much soap. He's been doing this for 30 years, so he knows. We argued and he picked up his stuff and slammed the door on the way out. So, now I'm stuck with a $1,000 appliance that is not working correctly and they couldn't care less. They just make excuses and blame it on me. I should have read the many similar reviews on FaceBook before I purchased from them.
