For an example,, this is not some made up story here,, Recently and this has happened in the past . i'll get a customer saying they were at another carpet store looking around and had an idea of what they wanted to spend so without knowing what that was i said look at what i have and pick out something that looks similar to what they have picked out in another store. also pick out one that you are interersted in without seeing price. most people pick out something high in quality and high in price knowing sometimes they are probably not going to get it anyway .
